Switching chequing accounts can be a hassle for Canadians, particularly when recurring preauthorized debits and direct deposits have been set up. To improve customer satisfaction, many financial institutions now assist their customers with the process of redirecting electronic preauthorized payments and deposits to their new accounts.
Davis + Henderson, through the eSwitch program, helps financial institutions provide this service by fulfilling many of the 'back office' processes required to facilitate the switch. From taking the initial call from the account holder requiring assistance, to working with the 'billers' to switch payments to the new account, Davis + Henderson manages the entire process for both the financial institution and the chequing account holder.
