For personal cheque users, a choice of designs and customization features allows customers to 'express themselves'. Many of our cheque designs are associated with worthy causes. By purchasing these cheques, customers make both a donation to the charity and raise awareness of the cause every time they write a cheque. IDefence™, which we introduced last year for many of our programs, provides cheque users with valuable assistance relating to identity theft prevention and protection as a benefit of the cheque order.

For small businesses, we offer an extensive array of cheque formats, including cheques for businesses that have moved to a computerized accounting system. All our products fully comply with applicable industry standards - most notably, the Canadian Payments Association's (CPA) Standard 006 Specifications for Cheque Printing. Our newest service - BizAssist™ - is available with many of our programs and provides small businesses with practical and valuable access to professional assistance as a feature of the cheque order.

As the industry leader, we continue to develop ways to support our customers' chequing account programs. For example, to facilitate account deposits, we provide personalized deposit books, endorsement stamps, and security deposit bags. Our eSwitch™ program is focused on the new account opening process and allows our customers to assist their customers to easily redirect electronic preauthorized payments from one account to another.
